For more than 15 years I myself was a leader in a Dax 30 company, amongst others as Head of Communication, Change Manager, Process- and Lean Consultant.
As Change Manager I shaped – together with my colleagues -, a very successful cultural change, focused on systemic leadership- and team development. During this time, I intensively dealt with future-oriented methods of organizational development and had the possibility to apply them for the benefit of the organization.
As a long-standing trainer for conscious (self-)leadership, systemic business coach and teacher for mindfulness-based stress reduction, my passion lies in strengthening the self-efficacy of leaders, teams, and individuals in times of change.
As a graduate economist, I have – with every measure I take – a close eye on your company targets and -processes in order to support you in being always one step ahead of your competitor, positively surprising your costumer and strengthening the satisfaction of your employees.
I live with my husband in Düsseldorf and at the beautiful Bevertalsperre in the Bergisches Land. Hiking, canoeing and a good book fill me personally with great joy.
