As with all our courses this is just an example of what we might cover. We facilitate different variations depending on your needs. Sometimes companies focus more on the organisation / prioritising part because, others spend more time on energy activities. Optionally we could deliver those topics virtually interactive, too.

  • Personal time management traps: DISC analysis and personal solutions
  • Minimising your personal time wasters
  • Prioritising: moving from URGENT to IMPORTANT
  • Analysing current use of time compared to role expectations, business objectives
  • Acting accordingly: Putting it all together and developing an action plan
  • Sitting back and evaluating your last week before planning ahead
  • Sharpening your saw: What can you do to gain even more energy?
