Nader Al Adawi

My philosophy is that “training is like mining”. It is about digging deep into people and helping them discover the gems hidden within. By doing this they can realise their true potential. I decided that I want to pursue a full time career in a training organization, and join a top training institute based in Dubai as a Senior Training Consultant.

Background:
I am a qualified medical doctor, graduated from Alexandria Medical School in 1981 and started my career as a General Practitioner in the Ministry of Health Hospitals, as well as in Alexandria private hospitals and polyclinics. Nine years later I decided to change and to move into the field of pharmaceutical sales. After leaving Egypt and moving to Saudi Arabia I was working as an Institution Medical Representative for Cilag AG, a Swiss-based pharmaceutical company.

In the next couple of years I assumed increasing sales responsibilities, eventually rising to the position of Hospital Sales Manager in 1994. During this period I gained knowledge of the sales function, which helped me in understanding the skills required to be effective at the highest level of business-to-business selling. 2010 I joined one of the top Training institutes in the Gulf.

I have extensive “hands on” experience in people management, developing effective teams, people motivation in addition to customer service. My role as a Sales Manager and Team Leader has always been based on the belief that human capital is the keystone for the success in any business, and that performance improvement is directly linked to effective training and development.

I am a Certified Life Coach from the American Union of Neuro-Linguistic Programming, and member of The American Society for Training & Development (ASTD), currently Association for Talent Development (ATD).
I have exceptional ability to facilitate a wide variety of training programs and workshops. My key areas are Management & Leadership, Customer Service, Selling skills,
Personal Development, Human Resources.

Fluent in both Arabic and English, I am able to deliver courses bilingually with English materials, or in Arabic, with Arabic training materials. I am currently doing freelance training as a Professional Learning Partner helping hundreds of business professionals to learn and grow.
