Valuing diversity and knowing how to get the most out of it is, for me, one of the most important success criteria of any organization. To do this, I have learnt that you first need to discover your own personality and what makes you uniquely you.

I delight in seeing how people benefit from understanding themselves better and being more self aware, which in turn lead to increased confidence, better relationships and better results. What impresses me most is seeing the shift from diversity leading to conflict to diversity leading to positive energy and results.

My area of expertise is based on my broad business background and includes personal development, leading yourself and leading others, team development and conflict resolution. I work with groups of people and also coach individuals. My overall working philosophy as a consultant is a systemic and resource-oriented approach to human beings and organisations.

Before working as a consultant I gained more than 20 years of business experience of which 10 years as a leader in the international Coca-Cola business where I managed teams in different functional areas. I worked in both Finance and Human Resources, which enabled me to get a deep understanding of the business. This experience is very valuable to me in my work as a consultant as it allows me to be a business partner as well as a consultant and coach.

I have a post graduate degree in economics. I am a certified systemic coach and trainer. I am certified in transactional analysis. I am also certified to use international psychometric tests such as Success Insights and DISC. I enjoy developing myself and attend courses whenever I can. I live close to Düsseldorf and conduct workshops throughout EMEA in both German and English.
