My aim is to help participants be the best they can be, leaving the classroom with some practical actions, to help them be better managers.

I am a skilled facilitator, leadership development consultant and coach. I am a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, qualified in MBTI, Hogan and Birkman Psychometrics and hold a BSc Hons. in Psychology.  I am also a qualified coach.

I have worked in a variety of Global HR executive roles, in retail, pharmaceutical and financial services, across many geographies.

I have a strong business and leadership development background. I can relate the commercial and strategic context in which her participants work, to broader business issues, and then focuses on the practical steps to make a difference

I have designed and delivered many leadership development programs, worked cross-culturally, with all levels of leaders, first line managers, rising stars and management boards.
