I am driven by my belief, passion and commitment to create better leaders, teams and wholehearted working environments. After working in corporate sales and marketing for 20 years, I became a professional coach and trainer about 15 years ago. I coach executives and run leadership programs mainly in Scandinavia but also in other European countries and Africa. Clients tell me my energy is contagious and they appreciate my open nature while at the same time inviting trust. However, I always keep my eye on the ball, never letting business objectives out of sight.
I am a Master Certified Coach by the ICF and have worked as an internal coach at Bergen Energi. I have also coached and delivered leadership development programs to 145 leaders on oil and gas platforms in the North and Barents Sea.
I live with my bi-lingual French-Norwegian family in Bergen, Norway and am a big lover of nature – especially sea and snow.
I work in Norwegian, English and French. I am also fluent in German.
