These words from Ovid are valid for companies as well as for our private life.
But the way we are dealing with these changes, how we adjust to them, how we pursue our goals is ruled by ourselves.
As a coach and consultant I support humans and organisations on their way with upcoming changes.

I have gained many experiences in the field of changes in my own vita. I started with a master carpenter and headed our family carpentry for several years. After that I graduated as a master in Interior Design, worked for a fashion label, became an architectural draftsman, led the design and development department of a big interior design company, developed portfolios and enterprises as a member of the management of a production company for design furniture.

Today I work as a freelance coach and consultant. I am a certified systemic coach and I facilitate for companies, teams and individuals. My main focus lies on change, process management as well as leadership.

My biggest motivation during all these years: the pleasure to work together with people!
I believe openness and curiosity to the future are very important. However to bring the past to a positive and valued end is as important. Changes are never easy and it means leaving your comfort zone and opening the eyes to the new yet to come.

I live close to Hannover. I love to travel, play the jazz piano, work honorary for social organizations and I am a member of the bauhaus archiv berlin e.V..
