Communication (whether in presentations, discussions, negotiations or inside a team) and leadership (for the team and for yourself) are very important in any organization but often underestimated. These are insights from my long leadership experience. But one can learn and train both.

I am inspired and motivated to help people during a change process. May it last for a couple of days or for a longer coaching process. To focus on the goals while offering the tools that is what counts.

I set great value upon understanding my customers´ topics. Only when I speak the language of them an atmosphere of trust and openness can arise. This is how change is initiated, potentials developed and solutions are produced. Quality and sustainability are just as important to me as empathy and authenticity.

After my post graduate degree in economics I worked for seven years as a manager at Johnson & Johnson and Colgate Palmolive, mostly in sales. As a freelancer I have been working in the areas of consulting, training and coaching since 2012. My broad experience – paired with in-depth knowledge – is highly valued by my customers, training participants and coachees, because they feel “picked up” and understood very much.

I completed my education as a trainer in 2013 at KOGELSCHATZ® Training & Coaching in Düsseldorf, the systemic coach in 2015/2016 and systemic team developer in 2017 at the Coaching Academy, Hamburg. Lifelong learning is a central motto for me.

I live with my husband and two sons in Meerbusch near Düsseldorf and enjoy every minute with my family. Whenever I find some time, I like to read; I am particularly interested in psychology and neuroscience.
