For more than 10 years I have been involved in learnership programs as a facilitator and assessor, coach and mentor.

I have developed young graduates, supervisors, team leaders in all aspects of the industry. I offer experiential learning that makes learners or candidates to want to learn more when they are in the class.

Furthermore I have facilitated in many different industries and very big organizations like an Arcelor Mittal, Clover, Mtn, Absa, Std Bank, Fnb, Anglo Platinum, Department of Justice, Wesbank and Blake International. In all these industries I have excelled. As a result in 2007 & 2008 I was awarded Trainer of the year in two provinces – KZN & Eastern Cape.

In the call center field I gained a lot of experience while developing young graduates who have never worked before to be successful employees that ended up to be leaders in their field.

Customer service training, leadership development programs and labour relation field are another addition to what I can facilitate. I have empowered employees who have been working as managers for many years without qualification and I was able to coach them to cover the gaps up to a stage that they can get a management certificate.

When training leaders, I make sure that leaders transfer skills to their employees and the organization benefits by getting ROI. I always make sure that after training clients and participants can call me -and they do!

I am a diversity specialist and I am very passionate in empowering women in leadership.

I have assisted a number of organization with skills development facilitation process, ensuring effective skills development planning and implementation, management of learnerships, skills program, bursaries, ABET, Artisan and internship program, advising management of skills development legislation compliance, designing training quality management systems and policies and procedure in the SDA, SAQA, SDLA.
