Alexander Wurz

I’m lucky as my passion is also my work – sharing my knowledge and enthusiasm with others. Having relocated 7 times myself – 4 times internationally – and having done business in some 40 countries, I know how important communication is and how a lack of good communication can block important business deals.

Before becoming a consultant, I was the Europe & Middle East Director for Berlitz Cultural Consulting (Paris) for 6 years. I was responsible for growing the business throughout the region and for developing the trainer network and training content.

As an expert in international management and communication, I have devised and managed a large number of intercultural consulting and leadership training projects throughout Europe and Africa for multinational companies. My clients say that my enthusiasm mixed with my business experience, interactive approach and humour make my workshops special.

I provide customised training and facilitation in not only in global diversity, intercultural management, global leadership, multicultural teambuilding but also in leadership, conflict management, presentation skills and creativity & innovation.

I have an International Business Studies diploma (HTW Dresden and ESC Lille/France). I also have a degree in psychology and therapy and am certified to use psychometric tools such as DISC. In 2009, I completed a course in Dynamic Facilitation and Wisdom Council.

I am also a certified Career Coach.

Having spent 10 years in France, I now live in Frankfurt with my French spouse. When I am not working I like to travel, walk, play golf and generally enjoy life.

I facilitate and train in German, French and English.
